I have been helping clients on their fitness journey for the last sixteen years.
My philosophy and training methodology place an emphasis on the individual needs by first addressing pain and postural issues before moving into more complex, dynamic and powerful movements. The purpose is to build or rebuild a body that works as a whole and obtain results that will stay with you for life.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, NVQ Assessor and Sports Massage Therapist, with a keen interest in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics; I help clients unlock their fitness and wellness potential by applying my signature approach which combines joint mobility and muscle release techniques with strength, endurance, and power training methods.
Recently, I was approached for the consultation, design and delivery of a brand new health club for one of the most iconic hotels in London: The Claridge’s Hotel. As a result of this project, I have been consulting with other private and hotel partners in the luxury sector, to help them turn their wellness spaces into more than just a room with equipment.
